Rental Policy

1. MasterCard, Visa, cash and checks are accepted
2. Accommodating Party Rentals is fully insured. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.
3. No refunds on any unused rental equipment or supplies
4. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when your event is booked.
5. Complete order cancellations made within the week of an event will be charged 50% of the rental fee.
6. All rentals are on a C.O.D. basis
7. All breakage, loss and collection are in addition to accrued rental charges
8. Rental rates quoted are daily or single use rates. Low weekly and monthly rate are available
9. In the event of inclement weather, we will credit your next event
10. An attendant is supplied for party bouncers only. If you would like to request for an attendant for any other reason, one can be supplied for an additional fee.
11. All deliveries are to a covered, ground floor location. Additional fees apply to a delivery on any floor not on ground level, including those deliveries requiring an elevator.
12. Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked and must be stacked for pick-ups. Set up and knock down service is available with prior notice at a additional charge.
13. Do not use staples on the tables. Please use tape or clips to hold the cloths on the table. If staples are used and not removed, there will be an additional fee of $5.00 per table
14. Our normal delivery routes are scheduled according to when the equipment is required and the distance that the destination is from our warehouse. These schedules are planned three to five days before the date so that we may provide the best service to everyone.
15. When pick up or delivery is required on a Saturday, Sunday, Holiday, early morning or late evening, we will make every effort to accommodate our customers' special needs
16. Pick-ups will be made at our convenience or by special arrangement and must be in a sheltered location, protected from the weather.
17. Responsibility for the equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of pick-up
18. If equipment is unavailable for pick-up, the customer agrees to pay an additional pick-up charge, plus any additional rental charges accrued.
19. Linens must be returned dry to prevent mildew and free form wax particles. Do not placed soiled linens in plastic bags. We do not accept linen with cigarettes burns or tears. Any damage to linen will result in the customer being charged for the full replacement cost.
20. If candles are being used on the table, be sure there is a plate or other protective item under the candle to prevent wax from dripping onto the tablecloth. Wax stains DO NOT come out of the linen, leaving the linen permanently damaged and chargeable to you.
21. Sales tax is not included in prices shown.
